Abstract

Perforating dermatoses represent a group of skin disorders characterized by the elimination of dermal connective tissue through the epidermis. In adults, this condition is associated with underlying systemic diseases, particularly diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease, and is often triggered by chronic friction or scratching, resulting in repeated skin trauma. We present the case of a patient with a typical clinical presentation.
