Abstract
We report a complex case of a patient with multiple comorbidities managed through a multidisciplinary approach involving oncologists, cardiologists, and clinical pharmacologists. This integrated collaboration enabled an evidence-based therapeutic decision, tailored to the patient’s elevated cardiovascular risk profile.
Clinical pharmacology played a pivotal role in personalizing and safely monitoring the therapeutic strategy, which was defined by oncologists in close coordination with cardiologists to optimize outcomes and minimize adverse effects.
